These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ckzz platform and all of its services. By registering on or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1 Definitions & Applicability
In this document, "ckzz", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the website https://ckzz.lat and all related services. "You" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
These Terms apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Using any service of ckzz constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.
These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as those documents form part of these Terms.
2 Account Registration & Management
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account on ckzz. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended immediately and the balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. If an account is registered with incorrect, incomplete, or false information, ckzz reserves the right to close that account at any time.
2.3 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
3 Eligibility & Age Verification
To participate on the ckzz platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
We may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify your age and identity. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
ckzz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will be sent only to the same account from which the deposit was made.
- A withdrawal request may be cancelled before it is processed, but a request that is already being processed cannot be cancelled.
- For unusual or suspicious transactions, ckzz may request additional verification.
- Winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency are not accepted.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the total bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in wagers to become eligible for withdrawal.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
- Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may result in the active bonus being cancelled.
- ckzz reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer or cancel a promotion at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, all bonuses and bonus-related winnings on the account in question will be forfeited.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on ckzz are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial gaming.
6.2 Technical Issues
ckzz is not liable for losses arising from technical errors in any game or service. Defective transactions or game rounds may be declared void and the relevant wager amount will be refunded.
6.3 Sports Betting
When participating in sports betting, the rules applicable to the relevant event will apply. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or completed outside the scheduled time, settlement of that bet will be at ckzz's discretion.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckzz platform:
- Cheating, fraud, or improper exploitation of the platform's systems.
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
- Using or assisting in the operation of another person's account.
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Gaining unfair advantage through manipulation of the bonus system.
- Abusive or harassing behavior toward other users or staff of the platform.
- Registering an account using a false identity.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 ckzz's Rights
ckzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification.
- Account inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verifiable available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
